This unidentified young lady is wearing a dress with a velvet band collar with a white ruffled inner collar lend color to this dark dress. There is a row of small buttons down the front of the bodice. The bow at the end of her braid is light in color. The long sleeves also have a velvet band with a white ruffle along the edge.

This unidentified young lady's dress has a ruffle of pleats sewn on the bottom of the skirt. Her wide round collar ends before the shoulder. Attached to the left hand side is some kind of hanging decoration, about the same medium shade as her dress. White cuffs and light colored buttons brighten her apparel.

Zehr Instant Printing Fire 1990: This is a series of 15 black and white photographs taken by Tony Mellencamp from the Berne Tri-Weekly News of the explosion and fire at Zehr Instant Printing, 155 N. Jefferson St., Berne, Indiana, on Thursday, March 22, 1990. The explosion was caused by a construction crew that hit a nearby gas line. Mike Zehr (48), owner of the business, was severely burned.
