According to a photocopy of anther photo located in the same binder, the building is the Levi Meshberger building. The building was located "5 miles west of Berne on State Road 218 north of Meshberger Stone quarry", but Levi Meshberger actually owned land on the south side of 218 across from the stone quarry.
