    Amos Reusser Semi-Centennial Dist. No. 8 Monroe Twp. This photograph shows Amos Reusser in his later years as he has short, greying hair.     Taken from an upper story on the south side of the street, one sees the ruins of the Sprunger Lehman Store, and Dr. Reusser's upstairs office, and the restaurant. There is a note from Wilma Habegger to Mr. Dave Neuhauser, 159 C.O. Detatch 1st Group 159 Dep Brig., Camp Taylor, Louisville, Kentucky. The date of June 23, 1918 is also written.

His office was located in front of his home on Sprunger Street in Berne. His home is still standing. His office was moved and razed at some point.     Dr. Reusser - This is a photo that has been identified as Amos Reusser. The picture shows a young man, between 18 and 22, with his head turned to the side. He is wearing a suit jacket with vest and white shirt with white bow tie and celluloid collar.   20. Jacob and Katharina (Sprunger) Reusser Family - mid 1880's

    The Jacob Reusser family is in this photo. All the ladies bodices are fitted and button down the front with many buttons. They all have a standup collar with some adornment at the neck. The male members of the family all have on three piece suits with ties. The females all have their hair parted in the middle and pulled tight to the back of their heads.
