Description |
Aerial View of Home Destroyed by Tornado - This is an aerial view of an unidentified home near a wooded area that was destroyed by the Palm Sunday tornado. The house is on a backward P shaped area with a circular driveway that has an upside down teardrop effect in the middle. You can easily see the footprint of the house and see that 1/2 of the house on the right side is completely destroyed, while the half on the left side, appears to be just missing the roof. Behind the house is a wooded area that looks as if the trees have all been shorn of their leaves. Debris from the house is mingled in with the trees. Someone has written in pencil on the back, "Tornado Palm Sun. April 65". |
