Berne Public Library - This is a picture of Claren Neuenschwander conducting a programme at the back of the library, near the Heritage Room. You can see the "box" of the Heritage Room with the stenciled Swiss design on the library wall above. The people are all unidentified, but I think the lady with the short, gray hair and turquoise turtleneck sitting with a red plaid coat behind her, is Ruth Gottschalk. Claren stands blocking the doorway into the Heritage Room wearing a long sleeved, blue shirt with a gray sweater vest over it. He is standing next to an easel that holds a map. Another map sits on the floor propped up by the easel. |
