   The sign above the door of Sprunger and Lehman is advertising Selz Boots and Shoes stating they were made in Chicago. Another sign above the awning has a pair of feet with Selz Shoes above them and below is "Make your feet glad". This is how the building appeared before the Champion Block fire.
